A quick glimpse into my thoughts on various fiction

Guest Post: Zom-B – Darren Shan

Today I have managed to secure a guest post from a very good friend of mine, Leanne Douglas. The two of us have been friends for near  ten years now and have always been exchanging books and recommending good reads to each other. At one stage, Leanne was even writing a book that included me as one of the characters! (What ever happened to that anyway?) Leanne currently runs her own beauty blog; Rants, Raves and Rambles. I suggest you give it a look! In the meantime, I hope you enjoy reading Leanne’s post. Read the rest of this entry »

Guest Post: Heartbreak and Triumph – Shawn Michaels

Please share your thoughts in the comments section below though. Read the rest of this entry »

Megan is currently studying for a Masters in Marketing in DCU and kindly offered to do a guest blog on the provision that I return the favour. As such, keep an eye on The Mixing Bowl for my upcoming post about gluten-free cookies! Read the rest of this entry »

Guest Post: Midnight’s Children – Salman Rushdie

I am delighted to introduce a new element to my blog this week; the first of a number of guest posts that will feature in the coming weeks. Rest assured, I will still be writing my own reviews too but, in the pursuit of variety, some weeks will feature reviews from a different perspective than my own. Read the rest of this entry »
